Lexmark International, a global leader in imaging and IoT solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Order to Cash (O2C) Process Analyst to join our dynamic team in Cebu City. This is a hybrid role that offers the perfect blend of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration.
As an O2C Process Analyst, you will be at the heart of our financial and operational excellence. You will lead the documentation, design, and continuous improvement of end-to-end Order to Cash processes, with a strong focus on the Claim to Closure sub-process. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, revenue integrity, and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams across finance, sales, and IT to identify bottlenecks, implement best practices, and drive data-informed decisions. You will leverage analytical tools and process mapping techniques to optimize workflows, reduce cycle times, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead the documentation, analysis, and redesign of Order to Cash (O2C) processes, including claim management, billing, collections, and cash application.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks; propose and implement sustainable improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define process metrics, KPIs, and SLAs; monitor performance and drive corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
- Support system enhancements and automation initiatives related to O2C tools (e.g., SAP, CRM).
- Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure process compliance and data integrity.
- Prepare and present process performance reports to management and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in Order to Cash, process improvement, or business analysis, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong understanding of O2C lifecycle, including credit management, order management, billing, and collections.
- Proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis (Excel, Power BI).
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setup.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
