Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across beauty or home appliances categories to provide informed recommendations
- Ensure the outlet is well-presented, organized, and fully stocked at all times
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain operational efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with patience and problem-solving skills
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment activities as needed

Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or receptionist roles
