Responsibilities
- Provide direct operational support to logistics outlets, ensuring compliance with J&T Cargo's standard operating procedures.
- Serve as a primary point of communication between local outlets and headquarters, specifically bridging linguistic gaps for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Monitor outlet performance metrics and assist in resolving operational bottlenecks to optimize service efficiency.
- Conduct regular site visits to provide on-the-ground training, troubleshooting, and support to outlet staff.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new outlet partners, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize our proprietary logistics software.
- Prepare and submit detailed weekly reports on outlet status, challenges, and improvement suggestions to the management team.
- Handle complex inquiries or issues reported by outlets to ensure prompt resolution and continuous service flow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; must be capable of translating technical and operational requirements.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or customer support/account management roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and support diverse teams across multiple locations.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiar with logistics management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on operational excellence.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the Jakarta area as required by operational needs.
