Responsibilities
- Develop innovative packaging concepts that align with Sonova’s brand identity and product specifications.
- Create detailed artwork, dielines, and mock‑ups using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product engineering, marketing, and supply chain to ensure feasibility and cost‑effectiveness.
- Conduct material research and recommend sustainable packaging solutions that meet regulatory and environmental standards.
- Produce physical and digital prototypes, oversee sample approvals, and manage vendor relationships.
- Maintain brand consistency across all packaging touchpoints while adapting designs for various product lines and regional markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in packaging or product design, preferably within consumer electronics or premium goods.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D rendering tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of structural design, materials, printing processes, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent visual communication skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, and colour theory.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
