Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome visitors and provide accurate information regarding attraction highlights and show timings.
  • Manage crowd control and queue lines to ensure guest safety and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate smooth entry processes at ticketing turnstiles and priority access points.
  • Assist guests with inquiries regarding site maps, facility locations, and general visitor services.
  • Monitor attraction areas for cleanliness and report any maintenance or safety hazards immediately.
  • Support operational team leads in executing special events and peak-hour crowd management strategies.
  • Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times, upholding the premium service standards of Gardens by the Bay.

Qualifications

  • A vibrant, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for guest services and hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to commit to flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and working in an active, open-air or conservatory environment.
  • A proactive team player who can adapt quickly to changing operational needs.
  • Prior experience in tourism, retail, or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Eligibility to work in Singapore (Singaporeans/PR/Students with valid work passes).
