Join SAMURAI YAKINIKU as a Part-Time Brand Ambassador and Guest Relation Officer and become the welcoming face of our restaurant in Kota Damansara, Selangor. This role offers flexible hours at an hourly rate of RM 20, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in hospitality, events, and guest engagement.
As a Brand Ambassador and Guest Relation Officer, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a positive first impression, guiding guests to seating, and assisting with reservations and inquiries. You will partner with the service team to ensure smooth operations during peak periods, assist with promotions, and handle guest feedback with professionalism and care. Your enthusiasm for hospitality will help guests feel valued, encourage repeat visits, and contribute to a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage arrivals and seating, and assist with reservations.
- Provide accurate information about menu items, specials, and promotions to guests.
- Greet, assist, and guide guests to tables, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, collect feedback, and resolve issues in collaboration with the team.
- Maintain front-of-house presentation and cleanliness, including display and merchandising.
- Collaborate with hosts and servers to manage flow during peak hours.
- Uphold brand standards, health and safety guidelines, and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and manage time effectively.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservations or POS systems is a plus.
