Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in office and residential areas
- Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and common areas to maintain hygiene standards
- Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed, ensuring proper waste disposal
- Clean and maintain restrooms, including restocking supplies and reporting any maintenance issues
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals in accordance with guidelines
- Respond to special cleaning requests and address spills or stains promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is an advantage
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift items up to 15 kilograms
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management skills and ability to complete tasks within deadlines
- Reliability and punctuality — must be able to maintain consistent work schedule
- Good communication skills in English or Filipino
- Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, or evenings
