Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of all store areas including sales floor, fitting rooms, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
- Empty and properly dispose of trash and recycling materials throughout the facility
- Adhere to company safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to store management promptly
- Assist with periodic deep cleaning projects and special event preparations
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working condition
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- Punctual and reliable with consistent attendance
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Flexibility to work during specified hours (9AM-10PM)
