Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the BSBA curriculum requirements.
- Foster an inclusive and engaging classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and practical projects, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Stay current with industry trends and academic standards to ensure course material remains relevant.
- Utilize educational technology and digital tools to enhance remote and in-person instruction.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic progress in accordance with institutional policy.
- Participate in departmental meetings, faculty workshops, and collaborative curriculum review sessions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Management, or a related field is highly preferred; Bachelor’s degree holders with significant industry experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proven teaching experience at the tertiary level is an advantage.
- Strong expertise in core business subjects (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, or Operations).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor students effectively.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual classroom platforms.
- Commitment to academic integrity and the mission of ACLC College.
- Must be available for part-time teaching schedules at the Caloocan campus.
