Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of simple Korean dishes, adhering to recipes and portion control.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional counter service, taking customer orders accurately and handling transactions.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, serving areas, and dining space.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and rotation to comply with food safety regulations.
- Monitor and replenish ingredients, condiments, and supplies, informing management of stock levels.
- Assist with washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, and general upkeep of the outlet.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive working atmosphere.
- Address customer inquiries and provide a welcoming experience for all patrons.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a Food & Beverage environment or kitchen operations is an advantage, but not strictly required.
- Ability to commit to flexible part-time shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and a reliable team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene practices; willingness to obtain relevant certifications (e.g., Food Hygiene Course) if not already possessed.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Legally eligible to work in Singapore (Singaporean Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid work permit holder).
- Comfortable with basic food preparation tasks and standing for extended periods.
