Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and maintaining a friendly demeanor at all times.
- Service Delivery: Assist customers with inquiries, process requests efficiently, and provide accurate information about our services and products.
- Operational Support: Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all visitors.
- Event Assistance: Support the coordination of events or daily operations as needed, including setting up equipment and managing flow.
- Point of Sale: Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and provide receipts or change promptly.
- Feedback Collection: Listen to customer feedback and relay it to the management team to help improve service quality.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive team atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English; ability to interact clearly with a diverse clientele.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Attitude: A positive, approachable, and service-oriented attitude is essential.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using POS systems is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 10kg) when necessary.
