Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans according to the Eduwis curriculum.
- Create a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment for children aged 3-6.
- Observe and monitor child development, providing regular feedback to parents through formal and informal channels.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Coordinate indoor and outdoor activities that promote physical, social, and emotional development.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to organize school events and seasonal programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or currently pursuing a relevant degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in a preschool or childcare setting is preferred.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Deep passion for early childhood development and a nurturing, patient demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and parents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative educational team.
- Must be available for the core shift hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
