This role involves providing outstanding assistance to shoppers, maintaining store displays, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You will work in a modern, well-stocked store located in the heart of Singapore's shopping district, with easy access via public transport. Shifts typically fall within our operating hours of 9AM to 10PM, and we offer flexible scheduling to suit your availability.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, neatly arranged, and price tags are accurate
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions (cash, card, and contactless payments)
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the sales floor and fitting rooms
- Assist in receiving and replenishing inventory from stockroom
- Support store promotions, visual merchandising, and seasonal displays
- Provide product demonstrations and share sports knowledge to enhance customer experience
- Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome)
- Passion for sports and willingness to learn about athletic products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting (up to 10kg)
- Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
- Available to work shifts including weekends and public holidays (as needed)
- Must be comfortable with a fast-paced retail environment
- Prior experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage
