Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for every client.
  • Maintain the visual presentation of the store in line with brand guidelines and merchandising standards.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and keeping the stockroom organized and efficient.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, handle cash transactions, and process returns or exchanges.
  • Upsell products and actively engage with customers to drive sales and build brand loyalty.
  • Support the store management team with operational tasks and ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

  • Possess a genuine passion for fashion, retail, and the Cotton On Group values.
  • Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not essential; a positive attitude is key.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
