You will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal of our store, assisting customers with their needs, and keeping our shelves stocked and organized. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for every client.
- Maintain the visual presentation of the store in line with brand guidelines and merchandising standards.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and keeping the stockroom organized and efficient.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, handle cash transactions, and process returns or exchanges.
- Upsell products and actively engage with customers to drive sales and build brand loyalty.
- Support the store management team with operational tasks and ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications
- Possess a genuine passion for fashion, retail, and the Cotton On Group values.
- Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not essential; a positive attitude is key.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic numeracy and computer literacy for POS transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
