Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide personalized fashion advice and styling recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, card, and mobile payments.
- Maintain an attractive sales floor by replenishing stock, organizing merchandise, and executing visual merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock counts, and support timely replenishment from the backâofâhouse.
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety standards, and visual presentation are consistently met.
- Participate in team meetings, share product knowledge, and contribute to achieving daily sales targets.
- Promote H&Mâs sustainability initiatives and educate customers on ecoâfriendly product choices.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and a solutionâfocused attitude.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic numeracy skills and comfort handling cash and electronic payments.
- Team player with a collaborative attitude and willingness to help colleagues.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are advantageous.
