Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet every customer with a warm, friendly attitude, creating an exceptional in-store experience.
  • Actively approach customers to understand their needs, offer styling advice, and guide them through our latest collections.
  • Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing according to H&M's visual merchandising standards.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently, processing cash, card, and mobile payments accurately.
  • Support the team with stockroom duties, including receiving deliveries, tagging merchandise, and replenishing stock on the sales floor.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy shop environment for both customers and colleagues.
  • Promote H&M's sustainability initiatives, such as the Garment Collecting program, to customers.
  • Assist with store events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns to maximize sales.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including weekends and public holidays (rotating shifts).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • A genuine passion for fashion, trends, and providing outstanding service.
  • Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer service role is an advantage but not required (full training provided).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Positive, energetic attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a bonus.
