Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with product inquiries and styling advice.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by replenishing stock and organizing displays.
- Process cash and card payments accurately using POS systems.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in stockātaking, inventory management, and loss prevention activities.
- Support promotional events and seasonal campaigns to drive foot traffic.
- Uphold H&Mās sustainability goals by promoting recycling programmes and ethical fashion.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; retail experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with POS software or willingness to undergo training.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service consistently.
