As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Topologie, engaging with a diverse global audience in one of the world's busiest travel hubs. We are looking for individuals who are not just selling products, but are sharing the story of our brand—inspired by rock climbing gear—to help customers find the perfect balance of style and functionality. Whether it's our signature Wares System or our iconic bags, you will guide customers through our collections with expertise and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities
- Engage with international and local customers to provide a high level of personalized service and fashion advice.
- Actively work towards achieving individual and store-wide sales targets through effective upselling and product demonstrations.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store, ensuring displays are attractive and products are well-presented.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and electronic payments.
- Keep track of stock levels and assist in replenishing inventory to ensure a full product range is always available.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain the brand's reputation for excellence.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak travel periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred.
- A genuine interest in fashion, accessories, and the Topologie brand philosophy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with people from various backgrounds.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and early/late airport hours.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Basic proficiency in English; ability to speak additional languages is a significant advantage in an airport setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting for inventory management.
