Your daily tasks will include greeting guests, taking orders at the counter, assembling menu items, operating the POS system, handling cash, maintaining dining area cleanliness, and supporting your teammates during rush periods. We provide comprehensive training so you can master every station in the restaurant.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and accurately take food orders at the counter.
- Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble menu items according to GYG’s signature recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash and card payments responsibly.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure fast, efficient service.
- Restock supplies, manage inventory par levels, and assist with opening/closing duties.
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels (or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy.
- Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 15kg.
- Flexible schedule including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Prior F&B or retail experience is an advantage, but full training is provided.
- Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for serving great food.
- Must hold valid food hygiene certification or be willing to obtain one.
