Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and processing of warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to service technicians and workshop managers.
- Monitor Aftersales KPIs and identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer service issues and enhance the post-sales experience.
- Conduct regular audits of service records, technical documentation, and warranty data.
- Support the implementation of new EV technologies and service protocols across the network.
- Prepare detailed reports and analysis for management review regarding service performance.
Qualifications
- Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of Electric Vehicle (EV) systems, battery technology, and vehicle dynamics.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Aftersales, Warranty Management, or Service Operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical data.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP software.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to liaise with internal teams and external customers.
- Valid Singapore Driving License is preferred.
