Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on products and equipment according to established protocols and quality standards
- Conduct detailed quality checks and functional testing to ensure all deliverables meet specifications and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation, ensuring all reports are complete and properly filed
- Identify, document, and report any defects, malfunctions, or non-conformances discovered during inspections
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all inspection activities
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes and efficiency
- Support final acceptance procedures and customer handovers as required
Qualifications
- Diploma or NTC/Nitec in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inspection, quality control, or technical testing roles
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail with a systematic approach to problem-solving
- Ability to use measurement tools and testing equipment competently
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior experience in aerospace, marine, automotive, or electronics manufacturing is advantageous
