Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documentation with high levels of discretion.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, acting as the primary point of contact for the leadership team.
  • Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes during meetings, and track follow-up action items.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, project reports, and briefing documents.

Qualifications
