As a key member of our EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Philippine environmental regulations, implementing safety protocols, and promoting a culture of safety and sustainability throughout our operations. You will work closely with management and employees to identify hazards, develop corrective actions, and maintain our environmental permits and documentation.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Philippine Environmental Quality Regulations, including DAO 2013-22 (EPEP) and other relevant environmental laws and ordinances
- Develop, implement, and maintain environmental management systems and pollution control programs
- Conduct regular environmental audits, inspections, and risk assessments across all operational areas
- Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal, including coordination with DENR-EMB accredited treatment facilities
- Prepare and submit required environmental reports to DENR-EMB, including self-monitoring reports and annual reports
- Investigate environmental incidents, spills, and complaints; implement corrective and preventive actions
- Develop and deliver safety training programs, emergency response procedures, and safety awareness campaigns
- Coordinate with relevant government agencies, third-party auditors, and stakeholders on environmental and safety matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field
- Valid Pollution Control Officer (PCO) accreditation from DENR-EMB required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in environmental compliance and safety management, preferably in electronics or manufacturing industry
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine environmental laws, regulations, and permit requirements
- Proficient in ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 environmental and occupational health and safety management systems
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret technical data and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and influence others
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications and environmental monitoring software
