Join Private Advertiser as a Pool Attendant in Bali. As a Pool Attendant, you will work closely with our hospitality team to create a relaxing, clean, and safe outdoor experience for guests of all ages. As a Pool Attendant, you will be the face of our outdoor leisure spacesâensuring comfort, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction from morning to evening. You will collaborate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and front desk teams to deliver seamless service and uphold the highest standards of safety and hospitality. Responsibilities
- Greet guests at the poolside and provide towel service, seating assistance, and shade options.
- Maintain a pristine pool deck, ensure cleanliness, and monitor for hazards.
- Monitor pool safety and enforce pool rules to ensure guest safety.
- Assist with poolside beverage service and light snacks, fulfilling guest requests with a smile.
- Set up and arrange pool furniture, umbrellas, and cabanas; restock supplies as needed.
- Provide information about local attractions, hotel services, and amenities to guests.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and Food & Beverage teams to deliver seamless pool experiences and events.
- Report maintenance issues and pool chemical levels to the pool supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior hospitality or poolside service experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and guest-service skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25â30 lbs.
- Basic knowledge of pool hygiene and safety practices; willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
- Fluent in English; Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts; valid work eligibility in Indonesia.
