Responsibilities
- Deliver fast, friendly, and efficient customer service to all guests.
- Prepare high-quality food items according to Popeyes standards and safety protocols.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining, and restroom areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to manage peak-hour demands.
Qualifications
- At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School graduate.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multi-tasking.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
