Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery and optimal machine utilization.
- Maintain 100% accuracy in inventory management through regular cycle counts and system reconciliations.
- Coordinate receiving and sampling processes to ensure all incoming raw materials meet quality specifications.
- Manage end-to-end logistics, including warehouse storage, internal distribution, and timely shipment to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks and resource constraints.
- Uphold strict warehouse safety standards and 5S protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly reports on stock levels, production output, and logistics KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (min. 1-2 years) in PPIC, Inventory Control, or Warehouse Operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP software (SAP/Oracle/custom inventory management systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent understanding of supply chain management, JIT (Just-in-Time) methodologies, and warehouse workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight production deadlines, and coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
- Reside in or willing to relocate to the Cikarang/Bekasi area.
