Responsibilities
- Develop and execute production schedules based on sales forecasts and inventory requirements.
- Monitor raw material availability and initiate procurement requests to prevent production downtime.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Coordinate closely with Warehouse and Production departments to optimize material usage and lead times.
- Analyze production performance data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to current processes.
- Generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding stock levels and production progress.
- Maintain safety stock levels to balance operational costs against fulfillment speed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in PPIC, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain Management within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP systems is a major advantage.
- Deep understanding of production planning concepts, lead time management, and inventory cycle counts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing production priorities.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across departmental lines.
