Job Description

Dwida Jaya Tama is looking for a dedicated PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) Staff to join our dynamic team in Bogor. In this role, you will be the backbone of our production efficiency, ensuring that our furniture and interior projects are executed seamlessly from planning to final delivery.

As our PPIC Staff, you will bridge the gap between production requirements and material availability. You will play a critical role in analyzing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), managing procurement requests, and optimizing our production schedules to meet ambitious project timelines. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong analytical skills to manage supply chains effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive production plans based on client orders and internal capacity.
  • Analyze Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to determine material, accessory, and service requirements accurately.
  • Generate and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) in a timely manner to avoid production bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate closely with procurement and warehouse teams to track incoming material shipments.
  • Monitor and update production progress reports to provide visibility to management.
  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain and propose proactive solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels for raw materials and interior components to reduce holding costs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC, preferably within the furniture or interior manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in using ERP software and MS Office (especially Excel for data analysis and reporting).
  • Strong understanding of production scheduling, material requirement planning (MRP), and inventory management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
