Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of presales consultants, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Develop and execute presales strategies to support the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and design tailored technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts to prospective clients.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with product management and engineering to provide client feedback and influence product roadmap.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Define and track KPIs to measure team effectiveness and continuously improve presales processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales within the IT industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in a team leadership or managerial role.
- Strong technical background in software development, cloud computing, or enterprise IT solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex deals and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian IT market and client purchasing behavior.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Salesforce) are highly desirable.
