Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans centered on Chinese language development and early childhood curriculum.
- Create a nurturing and safe classroom environment that encourages curiosity and cognitive growth.
- Maintain daily classroom records, student progress reports, and parent-teacher communication logs.
- Handle general administrative duties, including student enrollment documentation and center scheduling.
- Supervise classroom activities to ensure student safety and well-being at all times.
- Organize and facilitate educational events, workshops, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve school operations and instructional quality.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is required to cater to our specific curriculum.
- Prior experience in preschool teaching or child care is highly advantageous.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage daily center operations.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their developmental milestones.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with parents and staff.
- Ability to work full-time in Johor Bahru.
