Responsibilities
- Plan and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate intellectual and social development.
- Create a warm, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Observe and evaluate children's performance, behavior, and social development to provide regular feedback to parents.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to organize school events, workshops, and extracurricular activities.
- Manage classroom routines and ensure the safety and well-being of all students under your care.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with parents regarding daily progress and developmental milestones.
- Participate in ongoing professional development training provided by the company.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a preschool or childcare setting preferred.
- Strong command of English and/or Malay (proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage).
- Genuine passion for working with children and fostering their emotional and cognitive growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with children, parents, and team members.
- Patience, adaptability, and a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-based, collaborative environment.
