Responsibilities
- Plan and execute age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with the national-plus curriculum standards.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, including observations, assessments, and daily reports for parents.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to ensure a cohesive and supportive teaching team atmosphere.
- Ensure the physical safety and well-being of all students at all times.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) or related field.
- Have a valid Teaching Certification (PIAGAM Guru) or equivalent.
- Experience working in a National Plus school or international environment is highly preferred.
- Strong patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- CPR/First Aid certification is an added advantage.
- Ability to use educational technology and interactive learning tools.
