Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update master pricelists in the ERP system.

  • Assist in the analysis of market trends and competitor pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with internal pricing policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the preparation of quotation documents and contract pricing.
  • Administer pricing-related documentation and maintain organized records.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 1‑2 years of experience in an administrative or pricing support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Basic understanding of pricing strategies and cost analysis.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
