Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the primary academic program for grades K-6, aligning curriculum with national standards and Islamic values.
- Mentor and supervise teachers, coordinate ongoing professional development, and drive performance improvement.
- Develop and manage school-wide plans for curriculum, assessment, student welfare, safety, and behavior policies.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, facilities management, and supplier relationships to support learning goals.
- Foster an inclusive, positive, faith-based learning environment that supports diverse learners and promotes character education.
- Engage with parents, guardians, and the local community to strengthen partnerships and transparency.
- Ensure compliance with local education regulations, accreditation standards, and robust reporting mechanisms.
- Lead data-driven improvement initiatives by monitoring student outcomes and implementing targeted interventions.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education or a related field; valid administrative leadership certification is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of senior leadership or principal experience in a school setting.
- Proven track record in curriculum development and instructional leadership for primary grades.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of Islamic education principles and their integration with core curriculum.
- Ability to recruit, coach, and motivate teachers; excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Fluency in Indonesian; working proficiency in English.
