Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes to ensure maximum yield and minimal downtime.
- Perform real-time data analysis to identify process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot complex equipment and process issues.
- Document technical procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process improvements.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing productivity and reducing waste.
- Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools to maintain product quality standards.
- Support the qualification of new tools and process changes in the production line.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in a semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Excel, Python).
- Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes such as Lithography, Etch, or Thin Films.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict safety and quality protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical systems and perform root cause analysis.
