Responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes to ensure maximum yield and minimal downtime.
  • Perform real-time data analysis to identify process deviations and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot complex equipment and process issues.
  • Document technical procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related discipline.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Excel, Python).
  • Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes such as Lithography, Etch, or Thin Films.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict safety and quality protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical systems and perform root cause analysis.
