Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to startup and certification.
  • Assess processes, take measurements, and interpret data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design, run, and upgrade systems and processes to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
  • Provide process documentation and operating instructions for production staff.
  • Manage cost and time constraints, ensuring projects are completed within budget and schedule.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or electronic assembly environment.
  • Proficiency in process simulation software and CAD tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on Lean Manufacturing principles.
