Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to startup and certification.
- Assess processes, take measurements, and interpret data to identify areas for improvement.
- Design, run, and upgrade systems and processes to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
- Provide process documentation and operating instructions for production staff.
- Manage cost and time constraints, ensuring projects are completed within budget and schedule.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or electronic assembly environment.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and CAD tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
