Trust Recruit is seeking a motivated Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in the North Region of Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing efficient manufacturing and operational processes that drive productivity and quality. You will leverage your expertise in AWS cloud services and VB/VB.NET to develop automation solutions, monitor system performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across multiple production lines.
As a key contributor, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and quality assurance to identify bottlenecks, implement process upgrades, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your analytical mindset and problemâsolving skills will be essential in conducting rootâcause analysis, preparing technical documentation, and training staff on new procedures.

Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and improve manufacturing and operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and applications using AWS services and VB/VB.NET.
- Monitor process performance metrics and implement corrective actions to meet production targets.
- Conduct rootâcause analysis of process deviations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare detailed process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
- Collaborate with R&D, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all process activities.
- Participate in project planning, cost estimation, and resource allocation for process improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field).
- Proven experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar process optimization role.
- Handsâon experience with AWS cloud platform (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
- Proficiency in VB/VB.NET programming and scripting for automation tasks.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in process mapping, data analysis, and rootâcause analysis.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with experience working in crossâfunctional environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastâpaced setting.
