Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to startup and certification.
- Assess processes, take measurements, and interpret data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all production activities comply with safety standards, food quality regulations, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Design and implement cost-saving measures to improve production yield and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee machine installation, calibration, and routine preventative maintenance.
- Draft detailed technical reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation.
- Manage production trials and analyze results to ensure new product requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Licensed Engineer (PRC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in a food manufacturing, confectionary, or FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge of process automation, quality control systems (HACCP, ISO), and food safety regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and data analysis software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Imus City, Cavite.
