Responsibilities
- Analyze existing production processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Design, implement, and optimize new processes to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports on process performance.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve process deviations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical manuals.
- Lead continuous improvement projects and Kaizen initiatives to drive innovation within the facility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of process simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and data analysis tools.
- Proven track record of successfully optimizing production lines and reducing downtime.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams.
- Valid engineering license or professional certification is a plus.
