As our specialist, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing, analyzing, and optimizing existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production workflows. Your expertise will ensure that all approved SOPs are not only effectively implemented but also consistently adhered to, leading to measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. You will champion Lean methodologies, Six Sigma principles, and other process improvement tools to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and streamline operations, ultimately contributing to our strategic goals.

Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and continuously optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Lead and facilitate process analysis and mapping sessions to identify opportunities for improvement and waste reduction.
- Design and implement process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track progress, evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, and ensure sustained improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, transportation, and logistics to drive change management and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on new processes, tools, and operational excellence best practices.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on project status, findings, and recommendations for management review.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical), Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or a similar role, preferably within manufacturing, transportation, or logistics sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvement initiatives and achieving measurable results.
- Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt are highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify root causes.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO) and industry best practices.
