Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for hospitality logistics? Bali Management Villas is seeking a proactive Procurement Assistant to join our expanding team in Badung. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational readiness, ensuring that our luxury villa properties are fully equipped, well-maintained, and ready to provide world-class guest experiences.
As our Procurement Assistant, you will manage the end-to-end purchasing process for new villa setups and ongoing operational requirements. You will collaborate closely with vendors, interior designers, and our property management teams to source high-quality materials and supplies within budget. Responsibilities
- Coordinate the procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for new villa setups.
- Liaise with local and international suppliers to obtain competitive quotes and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and procurement logs for all property assets.
- Perform regular price comparisons to ensure cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
- Inspect incoming goods to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of purchase orders, contracts, and payment documentation.
- Support operational teams with ad-hoc purchasing requests for daily villa maintenance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and inventory management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to travel between property sites within the Badung area as needed.
