Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement lifecycle for electronic components and materials
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize cost and quality
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with global suppliers and manufacturers
- Monitor supplier performance and establish long-term vendor relationships
- Collaborate with engineering teams to specify technical requirements for components
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities in supply chain
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in electronics manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP/MRP systems
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or similar qualification preferred
- Expertise in negotiation techniques and contract management
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency advantageous
