You'll spearhead end-to-end procurement processes from vendor selection and contract negotiation to performance monitoring and risk mitigation. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with manufacturing operational needs
- Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle including selection, onboarding, performance evaluation, and relationship cultivation
- Lead cost optimization initiatives through market analysis, negotiation, and strategic sourcing
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams for integrated supply chain planning
- Implement procurement KPIs and reporting systems for continuous improvement
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through contingency planning and vendor diversification
- Drive digital transformation in procurement processes through technology adoption
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience with 2+ years in managerial roles
- Proven track record in vendor management and strategic sourcing in manufacturing
- Advanced negotiation skills with contract management expertise
- Strong analytical abilities for cost-benefit analysis and market trend evaluation
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- CIPS or equivalent procurement certification preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
