Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular reconciliation with warehouse data.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to anticipate procurement needs and manage stock levels.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Purchasing Staff, Procurement Officer, or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP/Inventory management software.
