Private Advertiser is seeking a motivated Procurement Staff to join our team in Bandung, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring that goods and services are acquired in a timely, costâeffective, and compliant manner to support our manufacturing and logistics operations.
You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to translate operational needs into effective procurement strategies. - Source, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers while ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and delivery standards.
- Prepare and issue Request for Quotations (RFQs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), and purchase orders in a timely manner.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve the best possible value for the organization.
- Monitor procurement metrics, track purchase orders, and ensure onâtime delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, databases, and all required compliance documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and supply chain optimization.
- Work with finance and budgeting teams to forecast procurement needs and control expenditures.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1â2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical, numerical, and dataâanalysis skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; working knowledge of English is an advantage.
