Responsibilities
- Verify and validate purchase requisitions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
- Process purchase orders and invoices in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining proper documentation
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best quality, pricing, and delivery terms
- Track deliveries and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely receipt of materials and supplies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, files, and databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement processes and resolve issues
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
- Familiarity with procurement processes, ERP systems, and procurement software
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of local supplier networks and market conditions in East Kalimantan is a plus
