Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies to ensure cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing processes, from vendor identification and evaluation to contract negotiation.
- Monitor vendor performance and implement improvement plans to ensure quality and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand demand forecasts and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Prepare and manage procurement budgets and conduct regular spend analysis to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations.
- Supervise and mentor procurement staff to enhance team productivity and performance.
- Mitigate supply chain risks by diversifying the vendor base and maintaining healthy contingency plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage high-value contracts and vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
