Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective and existing clients.
- Support the sales team by providing deep product expertise during client meetings and tender processes.
- Develop and maintain demo kits, presentation decks, and video tutorials that highlight key product features.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements and marketing strategies.
- Organize and lead training sessions for internal teams and external customers on product usage.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to keep our portfolio competitive.
- Collaborate with R&D and marketing to create launch plans, press releases, and promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a product, application, or technical sales role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
- Selfâmotivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fastâpaced environment.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel within Metro Manila and occasionally nationwide.
- Problemâsolving mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
