Responsibilities
- Design, simulate, and optimize RF power systems using CAD tools and engineering analysis software
- Own and maintain legacy product designs, implementing engineering change orders (ECOs) for continuous improvement
- Diagnose product failures through root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve production issues and support process optimization
- Develop technical documentation including design specifications, test procedures, and validation reports
- Ensure product compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for component selection and qualification
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in RF power system design or product engineering
- Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence) and simulation software (e.g., HFSS, SPICE)
- Strong understanding of RF components, power electronics, and thermal management principles
- Experience with engineering change processes (ECOs) and product lifecycle management
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills with analytical mindset for failure diagnosis
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
