- Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept ideation to commercial launch

- Oversee regulatory compliance and quality assurance processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in product development within F&B or supplement industry
- Proven track record of launching innovative commercial products
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP) and compliance standards
- Expertise in consumer trend analysis and market opportunity assessment
- Advanced project management skills with PMP certification desirable
- Exceptional problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities
